Scope

These terms cover enquiries and services provided by Handy Web Studio, including website builds, WordPress refreshes, AI reply setup, content writing, social media planning, support, and maintenance.

Free Audit

The free audit is a short written review of the details you send. It is not a contract, technical guarantee, legal opinion, SEO guarantee, or promise of future results.

Quotes And Payment

All paid work is quoted in writing before it starts. The quote should state the deliverables, price, payment dates, what is included, and what is out of scope. No payment is due for the audit.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business details, access to accounts when needed, brand assets, approvals, feedback, and permission to use any supplied images, reviews, or third-party material.

Ownership

After final payment, client-specific website copy, approved design work, and agreed project files belong to you unless the quote says otherwise. Handy Web Studio keeps ownership of reusable know-how, templates, internal processes, and non-client-specific tools.

AI Setup

AI reply tools are configured from approved content. During the first month, nothing should be sent automatically without approval unless you specifically agree. If you leave, we will explain the accounts, content, and switch-off steps needed to keep or stop the setup.

Ongoing Support

Ongoing work may include updates, content, social scheduling, monitoring, and AI tuning. The scope, response times, and cancellation period should be agreed in writing for each plan.

Cancellation

Either side may cancel according to the written quote or ongoing support agreement. Work already completed, third-party costs, and committed subscriptions may still be payable.

Liability

Handy Web Studio aims to provide careful practical work, but does not guarantee rankings, sales, platform uptime, ad performance, or customer behaviour. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
